Yes I used color pencil only! In fact I use this like a paint, I mix color on the paper!

But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
So, to answer you I use only dry pencils, common color pencils actually, and i superimpose them to blend colors as you do when you paint, but I don't put on. I just want to keep the effect of crosshachting that I cherish.
